Costabella Residences Fase 2.

The second phase of CostaBella Residences brings detached villas and semi-detached homes to Sierra Cortina in Finestrat, looking out over the Mediterranean and the rocky peaks above the town.

The houses have four to five bedrooms, open kitchens, full-height glazing, private gardens with a pool, terraces and solariums above Mediterranean landscaping; selected models add a basement with an English patio.

Every home uses solar technology and energy-efficient systems — the scheme is rated class A. The urbanisation is gated with 24-hour security.

Construction starts in December 2025, with delivery scheduled for late 2027.
